Message： We came back from Holidays and started to setup the computers. The PC IN Question runs with XP Professional Somebody had removed the dongle UCANCAM V8 and when we connected everything including the dongle, it said it couldnt find the dongle. we tried reinstalling the software and when it come to the part that says installing dongle, it says it cant find the driver. Do you perhaps still have drivers for the V8 Dongles Dongle NO. M-9050249 Hope you can help Johnny 2013/01/17

Reply： Hello, pls download the install files(http://www.ucancam.com/V8.22-M-Eng.rar), after installation, open the directory which Ucancam exist in. and open the sub fold Drv, the dongleinstall.exe file is dongle driver. ( 2013/01/17 )

Message： On Win7, I did install version 8 in compatibility Win XP, 2000, NT4 and 98. And the installation of the “dongle key” with the same compatibility. But it does not work! How to operate Ucancam V8 with a Win7 PC? Jean Marc 2013/01/17

Reply： Hello，your ucancam is version9，it can run in Win2000, XP, Vista or Win7, if you have installed the program and dongle driver before, when you reinstall it, you don’t need to uninstall the dongle driver, pls restart your computer or change another computer and try, pls sure the problem is from windows or dongle. Message： Hi i also got a dongle not found error and have tried “(Open the directory which Ucancam exist in. and open the sub fold Drv, run the file dongleinstall.exe (2012-11-13)” i end up with a massage ” already installed plz remove before new installation can proseed” i pressed next to remove previous ins but get error “unload false” why and what els can i try, i completely remove all ucancam files before installing. help plz Wimpie 2012/12/20
