Message： I have ucancam software and usb dungle with poduct no sn. M11-1-0080. I have change my lab top but. After the installation it can’t open. I have inserted the dongle but it can’t openm the programme it gives error m$assage like this the application was unable to start correct (0xc0150002) click ok to close the application. Message： i have problem in our newly purchase CNC router，we use Ucancam V9, when i open the program is looking for dongle what it mean? and every time i open my computer it display driver is not properly installed, i open the control panel-device manager then i found out the card with question mark. where i find the driver for this card.
