  3. Message： I’ve just recently replaced my PC and was running UCanNest V11 without an issue. On the new PC, after I have installed the V11.2 version that I have and try and run the software, I get the message “The dongle not found!”. In the Device Manager, the dongle is listed as an “Unknown Smart Card” with a Microsoft 21/06/2006 driver installed against it. How do I make this work? David Brinkley 2025/02/19
