Message： hi,ive downloaded the ucancam v9.7 file from the download tab and when i try setting it up i click on the “wtSetup.exe” but an error message keeps coming up saying “can not open file: setup.ini” the reason i am trying to get this right because i am having trouble with the toolpath shaded simulation that causes the programme to stop working dario 2013/02/17

  6. Message： We came back from Holidays and started to setup the computers. The PC IN Question runs with XP Professional Somebody had removed the dongle UCANCAM V8 and when we connected everything including the dongle, it said it couldnt find the dongle. we tried reinstalling the software and when it come to the part that says installing dongle, it says it cant find the driver. Do you perhaps still have drivers for the V8 Dongles Dongle NO. M-9050249 Hope you can help Johnny 2013/01/17
    1. Reply： Hello, pls download the install files(http://www.ucancam.com/V8.22-M-Eng.rar), after installation, open the directory which Ucancam exist in. and open the sub fold Drv, the dongleinstall.exe file is dongle driver. ( 2013/01/17 )
