Message： Using Ucancam with Auto Banner Printer Cutter, when I send to cut it cuts a piece of letter & stops. Replaced eprom chip but still nothing. Do I need to clear cache/buffer. How do I do this? Your help will be much appreciated. Thanks Niki 2014/02/24

Message： Hi, I faced with trouble with ucancam v8. It not open most of UCC files, bigger than 300kb, and some smaller files. It also shutting down than I trying to draw waves ant than i trying to cut ellipses. And also program terminates then i starting import of any dxf files. I already tried to install ucancan on another PC and faced with same troubles. That’s why I think that trouble is in USB dongle – I think it’s cache is owerloaded. But I don’t know how to erace dongle’s cache, if it possible. Hope on your help, best ragards. Artyom 2014/01/24

Message： Hello, I just bought CNC Router with ucancam ver 9.8 included, when I imported a dxf file, there were some missing line, and sometimes the line were not in actual position in ucancam, as I tried to open the dxf file in autocad, the line are already attached to each other and in proper position, can you please solve this? thank you!
