Message： I have ucancam v9 and dongle M14-4-0167. I cannot get my PC to see the dongle. I have tried on Windows XP & WIN7 computer. Both have the same problem Jason 2015/05/04

Reply： pls uninstall ucancam, then reinstall it , don’t cancel the last step(the dongle driver installation). ( 2015/05/04 )

Reply： in Menu “File’–>”Import”, select image format to import your photo file, then “Toolpath”–>”Image machining” to create the toolpath for your photo. ( 2015/03/30 )
