I cannot start Ucannest with either. Which is the dongle and what is the solution? Do I have to buy a new copy? Thanks Bill 2016/01/18

Reply： Yes, your dongle is for ucannest software. maybe you don’t install the dongle driver. you can uninstall ucannest, and reinstall again(don’t cancel the last step) ( 2016/01/18 )
