Message： Hi, I have Ucannest 10 that was packaged with my Baileigh Plasma table. I have a blue USP drive With Serial Number (PM14-2-0023), etc. on it and a smaller silver one. I cannot start Ucannest with either. Which is the dongle and what is the solution? Do I have to buy a new copy? Thanks Bill 2016/01/18

Message： Upgraded to Ver 10.4, and seems that the Bitmap tracing has “gone”. the tracing is very rough and I can’t get anymore the quality of trace I used to get up to Ver 9 including. I noticed also that the defaults parametrs has been changed.. however besides range checking I do not see that parameters are effecting the function. I’d love to use this function and actually can’t without it…. what am I doing wrong? Dubi 2015/12/29

Message： I received Ucancam V10 with a Baleigh router table I bought. I would like to add dimensioning to drawings I make to allow for signoff before cutting parts. I see that V9 had dimensioning,but can’t find it in V10. Can it be added? Do you have plans for adding it? Paul G 2015/12/28

Message： Hi I bougth cnc engraving machine with Ucancam V9 and NC studio 1200×1200 I will use for engraving doble sheets plates ( STOP, START PUMP 1 and so on) All fornts are not single line Font and when I use the Single stroke function The Font is not very good and also the machine take almost same time to engrave. I found single line fonts in the web but I do not Know how install it or you can provide me the file with this fonts .Kind Regards Jose Maria 2015/12/21
