Message： My husband’s company recently purchased a new CNC machine with the ucancam V10.3 software. Is there a manual available for it? The only thing we could find online was for V9. If no manual specifically for V10, will the V9 manual be sufficient? Also, is there a book that is well recommended for a CNC novice (not beginner) user? Finally, they are planning on purchasing a new computer to put this software on. What are the minimum requirements, and the best recommendation requirements for said computer? Message： Hi. I have a problem with Uncancam V9…Allmost everytime i open the program it say “The dongle not found!”. I install the program and nothing is change. Message： I am having issues with lead in and lead outs on parts to cut with outside and inside cuts. I have watched the tutorials on youtube but haven’t been able to figure it out. Also, in a simple rectangle, my torch keeps jumping from top to bottom and side to side even though I have chosen a different path sequence. And ideas where I can find support in the US? Message： Hi I have ucannest V10 and when I install it it works fine for a week then I get a cant find tool lib and it shuts down . then I have to uninstall it and reinstall it and it works for about a week and the same thing . what can I do to fix this. thanks Ray Ray 2016/05/30
