Message： Hi. I have a problem with Uncancam V9…Allmost everytime i open the program it say “The dongle not found!”. I install the program and nothing is change. I remove/install the driver and it work. But after open/close the program the error is back… I have Win 8.1 Pro, 64 bit. Please help to fix this problem. Thank you! Mihai.S. 2016/06/15

Message： I am having issues with lead in and lead outs on parts to cut with outside and inside cuts. I have watched the tutorials on youtube but haven’t been able to figure it out. Also, in a simple rectangle, my torch keeps jumping from top to bottom and side to side even though I have chosen a different path sequence. And ideas where I can find support in the US? Message： Hi I have ucannest V10 and when I install it it works fine for a week then I get a cant find tool lib and it shuts down . then I have to uninstall it and reinstall it and it works for about a week and the same thing . what can I do to fix this. thanks Ray Ray 2016/05/30
