Message： I’m watching the tutorials and it shows something that my software doesn’t show. My top toolbar that shows “file, edit, view, draw and etc ” doesn’t show parametric. According to the tutorial it is something that could be very helpful. The software is Ucannest V9. When watching the tutorial everything on the screen looks exactly the same except there is no parametric on my screen. Thank you for your time UCANNEST V9 2017/03/07

Message： Hello, We are attempting to load Ucancam software on a newer laptop with Windows 8. After a successful installation, the dongle is inserted and the correct notifications of a successful dongle installation are given. When trying to open the Ucancam software by the desktop icon either one of two things occur: It either gives an error message saying “Empty file” or nothing happens at all. You see the swirling circle as if the computer is thinking but the software will not open. I will add, this is a government laptop with certain firewalls onboard. What is my next move?
