Message： I just installed Artcut Software V6.1.6.I am having a problem with it consistantly sending files to be cut to my Refine MH721 Cutter. Sometimes it cuts, sometimes it just does nothing when I select Cut/Plot.The cutter is connected to my PC with a USB connection through COM1.Thanks for any help – so far I have found your software easy to work with and hope we can fix this issue SOON! Reply： We usually port COM and LPT to out, we do not have use USB to COM1, and maybe the memory of your cutting machine is full. ( 2008/08/14 )

Message： I have the artcut software for a cutter/plotter.. Im trying to get the artcut program to import a picture so I can cut it out on vinly but when I find picture and import it you cant see anything does any one know what I need to click on or off to make this work?? Linda 2008/08/07

Reply： You can import a .bmp .eps .dxf .plt, then you can cut it out.(a bmp should do image tracing) ( 2008/08/07 )

Message： Hi, I bought ucancam V8 software for waveboard.I installed the software following the instruction. Open and run the program. After saving the file, I try to re-open the saved files. But the programs says “Failed to Open Document” I re-install the software but the problem remains.And sometimes, while working on a file, the program shut downs by itself. How to solve this? Reply： If you want to reopen it. you should save the vectors as .UCC or .eps etc. But after you save it as a G code(toolpath), surely you can not open it with UCancam ( 2008/08/06 )

Message： hello ucancam team. I set befor more than 1 week about the new broblem with my ucancamv8, but did not get any answer yet, I think may be becouse the problem with the site it can not desplay for 3 days , however the broblem is when I open ucancamv8 the program opened normal then after I want to open a file or want drage any item from the liberary the program close alone at once , I try evry thing reinstall it and reinstall new windowes , I followed the instractions 100% I stopped the antyvirus , I try install it in another computer but same problem . The dog key is good , waiting your help specially we have the cnc router more than 7 month and did not work yet, thanks mohamed reda 2008/06/26
