Message： Hello, I’ve bought Leicai Banner Printer with software Uncancam V8. I can’t print the imported files in gif, bmp,or jpg format, I can see it on the screen but the printer doesn’t print them like files which are made in the Uncancam program. Some functions of the program doesn’t work with imported files and what is most important the buttom “write” with printing function doesn’t work. What can I do with it??I’ve recived only Chinese version of manual owner how can I get the english version ?? Thank you for your help. Maciej. Maciej 2009/02/23

Message： It seems a virus, Win32/CryptExe, is attached to ‘wtplugmain.dll’. We run AVG and cannot eliminate the virus without eliminating wtplugmail.dll also and thusly Ucancam will not run. Inputting an exception in AVG to allow wtplugmain.dll to run will make us vulnerable to this VERY BAD trojan. Telling your customers to input an exception in AVG is not an acceptable solution. What we need is a new dll that is not loaded with the trojan Win32/CryptExe. This software was purchased with our router and it needs to be fixed or…. gary rasberry 2009/02/20
