Message： I am using XP Pro Service Pack 2. Artcut 6 Used to work. When I click the icon to start the program it says, “Insert CDR and click OK”, I have done this MANY times. Many people who bought your software have done this MANY times. The fast is that YOU need to give us SUPPORT as a growing company if we will continue using your software with our money. I’m sure I am not the only one who wants a REAL answer here. How about a better answer than, “Insert Graphic Disk”, or “Disable your Antivirus”, because I have done those things. Reply： If Artcut(2002/2005) software keeps asking you to insert the install cd-r, then press OK! But cannot access the program!Please go to Control Panel–>Date/Time property–>Time Zone, uncheck Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes. ( 2009/11/04 )
