Hi I have had router supplied with ucan software. Today I plugged dongle in and it
got hot and smells like electrical burning. The computer now keeps showing that port has
exceeded available power and shuts down. How can I get new dongle quickly. (This is only
6 weeks old). Can I give dongle number to you or do I go back to people who supplied machine.
I am sure you will understand how urgently I need this. Hope you can answer soon.Thanks
