Message： Hi,I have bought a Microtec Banner Printer and UCANCAM V8 from a UK seller. When I try to install the software it cannot read the Dat file, it says cannot read, followed by a lot of strange symbols DAT. I have the Dog Key number TF-7-1367. I think that the dat file may be chinese version as product manual is all chinese. The dealer is unable to assist as he is simply an importer. Is there an English dat file that I can download to install software,or an alternative programme available?.thanks,Matt Matt Brown 2010/10/08

Message： Hello, I use Ucan CAM 9 (licenced). All works good, but everytime, when I start Toolpath Shaded Simulation, program crashes down. Toolpath Walk simulation goes without problem. I work with notebook HP with Intel Core CPU 2.1 Gh, 3GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS and Windows Vista Home Premium. I try another computer, and it makes the same. Can You help me? Message： Hello, I have a CNC plasma cutting machine. Using Ucancam V8,I recently created a shape to cut and then downloaded it into the pendant. Program will not run. I get an error message ‘FATAL ERROR ZHB BASE TRANSLATE.C 627’.Is this a mistake that I have made in Ucancam when creating the shape? Thanks Bryan 2010/08/30

Reply： Dear sir Would you ple uninstall and reinstall the software or u may try on another computer. Then when you has installed , pls check the ” Equipment supervisor “(My COMPUTER – ATTRIBUTE-HARDWARE- Equipment supervisor-Jungo)if the “Dog key”&”Windriver”are all available .
