Reply： Hello, Ucancamv8 can’t support the RotaryAxis Machine, The new version of Ucancamv9 have postset, that you can set the rotary axis for your machine. ( 2010/11/15 )

Message： I have installed Ucancam V8 on Windows XP in Virtual Machine of Windows 7 ultimate (the Xp mode) and verified that Jongle is ok: WinDrive and Dongle Key are working .Still I have problem to open Ucancam with message “dongle not found”.I have tried to re-install the program, uninstalling it and re-attaching dongle . Is it an english version for Cnc Router, also other software for Laser cutter is impossible to use because that “cannot copy files” ; someone has writted that it could be an incompatibility with antivirus softwares,could You help me ? UcancamV8 software can’t run on Windows XP in Virtual Machine of Windows 7 or vista/win7.pls run ucancamv8 in win2000 or winXP. but the new version of ucancam v9 can run 2000,XP,vista and win7. we have ucannest version for Laser cutter，and it is not limited by Antivirus software. Reply： hello, you can use Image Dot Machining or Image Relief Machining for Image engraving. use Ball Nose tool or Conical tool, Please refer to the manual. ( 2010/10/09 )

Message： Hi,I have bought a Microtec Banner Printer and UCANCAM V8 from a UK seller. When I try to install the software it cannot read the Dat file, it says cannot read, followed by a lot of strange symbols DAT. I have the Dog Key number TF-7-1367. I think that the dat file may be chinese version as product manual is all chinese. The dealer is unable to assist as he is simply an importer. Is there an English dat file that I can download to install software,or an alternative programme available?.thanks,Matt Matt Brown 2010/10/08
