Rotate

Command: 

Menu【Transform >Rotate】         Transform Bar

Steps：

1.Select object.

2.ClickMenu【Transform >Rotate】.

3.Combined with the snap function, Pick the the start and end point of rotation line.

4.Type the angle to rotation line( or pick the feature point).
