Steps:

1. ClickMenu【Relief>Relief Bend】.

2. Select object to bend

3. Pick the Start of a spine line that represents the original orientation of the object.

4. Pick the End of the spine line.

5. Pick a Point to bend through.

6. Click right button to finish operation.
